Atlas Furniture Store Policies
Returns/ exchanges (with the exception of mattresses and
as-is merchandise) are accepted for store credit only within 7 days of
purchase. No refunds are
available. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Merchandise must be in the same condition as when possession was taken.
There is no refund on delivery charges.
All as-is merchandise sales (display models and clearance
items) are final; no returns or exchanges are accepted.
Mattresses are not exchangeable or returnable. For health
reasons, drivers will not pick up used mattresses.
Due to the nature of Special Orders, payment in full is
required at the time of placing the order. No refunds or credit will be allowed
on special ordered items.
You will be notified when your furniture arrives in our
warehouse and delivery will be scheduled accordingly.
Manufacturer delivery dates are estimates and cannot be
guaranteed.
All balances must be paid in full 24 hours before delivery
Once delivery had been scheduled, 24 hours notice is required
for all cancellations.
At the time of delivery, please ensure that the merchandise
will fit through doorways and hallways; the merchandise will fit in the room;
all furniture is cleared (our delivery personnel cannot move existing
furniture); and an adult (18 years of age or over) is available to accept and
sign for delivery.
If you are not at home when we attempt to deliver your
furniture, you will incur an
additional delivery fee.
At the time of delivery or taking possession, please look
over your merchandise. Your signature indicates an acceptance of the
merchandise and in good condition.
If you will be picking up merchandise at our showroom, we
will assist in loading. You are solely
responsible for securing your merchandise to your vehicle; we are not
responsible for any loss or damage to merchandise or damage to your vehicle.
Deposits on accounts with no activity for more than 30 days
can be used for in store credit only.
